Cabernet Sauvignon
Intensely fragrant with aromas of crème de cassis, graphite and notes of lavender and bay. Rich flavors of blackberry and huckleberry merge with earthiness and minerality. Tannins are generous and well-developed.
Pinot Noir
Opens with fresh aromas of dark fruit—black cherry, blackberry and black plum—underscored by notes of earth and a light minerality. A powerful wine with weight and presence
Chardonnay
An opulently fragrant wine with aromas of citrus and fresh-baked apple layered with vanilla and crème brulée imparted by barrel-fermentation and aging in French oak.
Fumé Blanc
The Original Fumé Blanc. Robert Mondavi created the term in 1966 to distinguish his dry Sauvignon Blanc from the sweeter-styled Sauvignon Blanc wines made at the time.
