The San Diego Bay Wine & Food Festival took place in the beautiful Embarcadero Park, set on a peninsula in the San Diego Bay. Discover Wine was perched on top of a grassy hill, inviting guests to sample wines, learn about essences and take a few educational classes under a bluebird sky. Chef Paul Squicciarini, Executive Chef at the Orange County Food and Wine Center and former Executive Chef to Robert Mondavi himself, impressed crowds with his Flank Steak and Hamachi Bites.
